The Leadership Essentials Inventory is an online 360 questionnaire
consisting of 40 questions. It’s designed to provide confidential feedback on your leadership practices as well as your
potential as a leader.
Participants complete the LEI (Self) and nominate
several others (Observers) to do the same. It takes
approximately 20 minutes to complete the LEI.
