The Leadership Express Series

We are excited to announce the launch of Bluepoint’s new program – The Leadership Express Series. Comprised of six brief, yet highly impactful workshops, The Leadership Express Series is designed to provide participants with leadership practices, tools and methodologies that they can immediately use back on the job. Even though they are only 90 minutes in length, these workshops are not simply cursory overviews. Participants are quickly immersed in key leadership concepts such as execution, emotional intelligence, and communication and then guided through challenging experiential exercises that provide them with the opportunity to rapidly learn advanced leadership principles and acquire new, practical skills.

The workshops are designed to be delivered by internal trainers or facilitators using the accompanying detailed facilitator’s guide. Materials can be purchased as a complete series of six workshops or as stand-alone sessions. The six workshops are:

2. The Leader Within
3. A Leadership Legacy
4. Crafting a Leadership Story
5. Building Leadership Connections
6. Excellence in Execution: Leaders Getting Things Done
